The only reason I have kept the GRF low-key is that the running costs and stuff are a little flawed and should be updated.
Otherwise I would love to see the GRF being distributed. So please host it wherever you like!
As for the license, I really do not care... I don't need credit as long as people are enjoying the work :P
So choose the by-nc-sa as it seems ok.
