You're right, I have left the TTD community quite some time.
At that point I did not care, and it did not seem importatnt for me to
license any of my work, since it was a fairly closed community.
The fact that after all this time the project still is under development is
really pleasuring.

Additionally you're right, I need some licenese attached to allow the
community to benefit and build on any of my work.
So hereby I licenese all my work (including any that were not named below)
under the http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/ license.

Mind you I was merely a coder, the artwork in most cases was someone else's,
so you may need their licensing too.
For the below mentioned three cases:
The fences artwork is by Purno
The new bridges artwork is mostly by Purno too, with the exception of the
on/off ramps and bridge support sprites
The trafficset artwork is 99% by Andrex, I only made some minor changes to
the graphics and coded them together.

Additionally I remember coding some of Purno's train graphics, namely a TGV
and a BZVMot, and contributing to the japan set coding.
